My intention is to feel independent.

BE SOFT WITH MYSELF

My intention for the day of Yom Kippur is to be soft with myself as I encounter major obstacles and to be kind to myself.

GRATEFUL

My intention today is to be grateful for the wonderful year that I have had and to ask the Almighty to be inscribed in the Book of Life for health and happiness in the year to come.

EMOTIONAL SOARING

My intention today is to continue letting go of that which doesn't serve me so that I may soar.

CHANGE

My intention today and in the days and years to come is to continue to make changes in myself and to let go of that which doesn't serve me.

EMOTIONAL HIGHS

My intention today is rejoice in emotional highs.

BEING AND BREATHE

My intention today is to be grateful for the being and the breathe.   My intention is to be grateful that I am healthy.

SAFE

My intention today is to keep myself safe.   I am the most important person in my world.

CALM AND QUIET

My intention today is to have a calm and quiet Sabbath.

GRATITUDE

My intention today and through the Holy Days and the Sabbath is to be grateful to the Almighty for my health, my happiness and because the Almighty walks by my side every moment of every day of my life.

My intention today is to have hope that the Almighty will make all my wishes come true.

My intention today is to continue to let go of the past and to let go of toxic feelings about the people I have forgiven so that I can have peace in my life.

My intention today is to keep a sense of balance and to be aware of the good in my life.

My intention today is to spend some time playing so that I feel balanced.
