MY INTENTION FOR THE HIGH HOLIDAYS

My intention for the High Holidays this year is to be able to accept change.

There will be a great many changes this month, starting with Labor Day, the beginning of school, the High Holidays and the 70th birthday party that I must attend.

I need to be able to accept these changes and move forward.

To do this, I must be calm, collected, quiet and still.

I must be able to understand that some people will never change.  Placed in the same set of circumstances, the old behaviors return.   

I must be able to accept and understand this.  I myst be able to use my strategies to keep myself safe.

I can do this!!!!!
